The quiet rooms

Below the games, where the day gets held.

A quiet room

The Walk-in

Name the people you'll see today. Each takes a seat on the ring. Breathe with it. Leave one line. Nothing is sent anywhere.

The moon · your weeks

Lunar Life

Bring your own calendar in and see the moon over your actual weeks. Waxing, build. Full, the hard things. Waning, rest. Nothing leaves your browser.

A quiet room · Letting go

The River

Write what is heavy onto a leaf. The water carries it downstream and it dissolves. Nothing is stored.

These began in a city we built for a team: a sapling at the bottom of the map that dropped you below the surface, into rooms with no streaks and no metrics, where the people from your day floated in orbit and you could hold any one of them in your thoughts. No message, no reply. We kept the laws and brought them up here, in paper.

Everything here runs in your browser. Tomorrow the ring is empty again.
